I’ve never reveled in the cooking aspect of recipes but rather in the eating as an artform. The great Willie Crawford knows where the niche and the money reside in harmony.

I gotta say I love this contest idea. Not only has it gotten me to promote your site, but I have visited the site often. Tried one of the recipes… the Almond Joy Cake, and it was fantastic. I love to cook, but love even more to eat. I don’t like cleaning up afterward though, lol.
I met my wife in cajun country , Louisiana so I am no stranger to soul food.
