Hi from Willie Crawford,

Thanks for your interest in our new toolbar for recipe lists. Let me explain the toolbar first:

When you visit various webpages using Internet Explorer, your "broswer" is the thing on your computer that allows you to view the webpage. Across the top of your screen you see a place for you to enter the wepage that you want to visit next, and maybe a few drop-down menu choices where you can select favorites, etc.

We have created a special program that you download to you computer, click on once and it installs itself into your browser bar. From that day on, until you uninstall it, you will see a row across the top of your brower containing links where you can click on to email in your recipes. Clicking on those links opens your email progam and sticks the correct email address in the right place so that all you need to do is enter the recipe and click send.

To download that toolbar now, just right click here!

It only takes a second to download, then you need to click on it for it to self-install. That takes about 2 seconds.

If you don't see the new toolbar across the top of your browser after you install it, you need to select View >Toolbar from your dropdown menu and then make sure that that the recipe toolbar has a checkmark next to it. This should be automatic.

If you ever want to uninstall the toolbar, it's as simply as positioning your mouse over the word "Recipes" on the toolbar and then clicking on your right mouse button. The words "uninstall toolbar" will popup and you just click on that. It will be instantly uninstalled.

You'll also notice a drop-down menu on the new toolbar. Two of the choices on that toolbar are "Latest Recipe List" and "Latest Soul Food Recipe List." Selecting either of those will take you to the most recent issue of the appropriate recipe list that is posted on this website. Since this is little extra work, it will usually be late in the day/evening before we get the list posted online.

If you ever find yourself not getting issues of the list for some reason, this is where you can go to read the latest and to resubscribe.

To resubscribe to the basic recipe list, where all recipes are encouraged, just fill in your name and email in this box:
